Chef Vincenzo Balzano’s passion lies in cooking with intense flavours. His original recipes use Mediterranean ingredients and inspirations the finest organic produce to create culinary masterpieces that will enthral your senses. Using unrefined sugar, the Chef creates succulent low-calorie pastries, and one of his signature desserts is the mascarpone cake and pastries made only with almonds, the must have of Fonteverde.
