Avoid sun exposure and using razors immediately before or after the treatments. We recommend that you shower before any activity and remove your contact lenses before any facial treatments.

Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your appointment. In case of late arrival, the duration of the treatment may be reduced.

Our medical team is at your complete disposal for advice and consultations on the various treatments. Please report any health issues or if you are pregnant.

Please inform the therapist of any possible problem that could interfere with the treatment and its effects.

If you have booked a treatment, you will find the necessary clothing directly at the spa. Swimsuit and cap are not included in the pool kit for day spa guests; the headset is included in the hotel guest kit.

The use of mobile phones is not allowed in the spa area.

For cancellations, we require at least 24 hours notice. Appointments cancelled with less notice are subject to payment.
