Quality, flavour and simplicity combine the pleasure of food with wellness, offering the guests of Fonteverde a natural, fresh diet, with all of the flavour of the Tuscan and Mediterranean tradition. At our restaurants La Corte and Ferdinando I, you can enjoy refined dishes that are both healthy and light.
The chef Vincenzo Balzano
The mastery of our chef is revealed through his original creations, his use of Mediterranean flavours, and the light freshness of his dishes, with a balance of flavours and colours that delights the palate and enchants the eyes. The finest palates will be surprised with excellent dishes, and connoisseurs will be able to enjoy gourmet menus accompanied by fine wine tastings. For those with special dietary requirements, the chef offers specialities fit for all diets, while for children he creates delicious, inviting and colourful dishes.
Our chef’s desserts are diet-friendly, with the use of unrefined alternative sugars. A dish to note is the mascarpone gateau and the pastries made only with almonds, the must-have of Fonteverde.
Delightful cooking classes are also organised, to entertain you while learning to prepare the dishes of the Tuscan tradition.
