In summer, in San Casciano dei Bagni, people meet in the square to talk about art, cinema, literature, politics, sports and economics: this is “La Terrazza. Encounters in San Casciano dei Bagni”, an event where we can share the love for our land alongside the Municipal Administration. Here, notable figures from the cultural, professional, humanitarian and entrepreneurial fields come together. Simple, purely authentic moments on the spectacular terrace of the village take place mere steps from our spa resort, which has always been an official partner of the event.

To support this event, the Italian Hospitality Collection, which the resort is a part of, has created the Fonteverde Award, which will be awarded every year to one of the guests of “La Terrazza Encounters”. We want to reward a person whose life speaks of goals achieved through dedication, sacrifice, determination, willpower, self-love, love for others, and love for the ideals they believe in. Our tribute will be both a sign of admiration and a thank you to those who enchanted and inspired us, just like Fonteverde and San Casciano dei Bagni have done for centuries for the entire world.
